For over twenty years William Gray was one of the founding partners of an multi-award winning 40 strong retail group with a turnover in excess of £35 million. He formed Graymatters in 2001 to provide a results based marketing & management consultancy which was commercially driven and entrepreneurial.
 
He has advised Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, Audionetwork Plc, Tower Records Europe, Carter-Jonas, Virgin & many other leading companies.
